Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in El Paso, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed SLP who is passionate about supporting student communication development and working in a collaborative educational environment.
We are looking for professionals who are committed to helping students improve speech, language, articulation, fluency, and overall communication skills to support academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and compliance records
- Support students with a range of communication needs including expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
