Woodworker
We're hiring skilled woodworkers for their woodworker department — the most advanced team in our shop. This role is for experienced pros who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
What you'll do:
- Work independently using saws, drills, sanders, nail guns, staple guns, and other shop tools
- Measure accurately to 1/16"
- Learn and adapt to client-specific build standards
What you need:
- Solid, hands-on woodworking experience — this is not an entry-level role
- Precision and independence; little to no mentorship provided
- Ability to adjust techniques based on client specs
Pay: $20–$24/hr, based on experience
Cabinetry Associate
We're looking for mechanically inclined workers to join their Cabinetry team performing assembly tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.
What you'll do:
- Assemble cabinetry using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints
- Work independently on your own tasks while collaborating within a team
What you need:
- Comfort using hand/power tools
- Ability to follow directions and read basic blueprints
- Reliable, self-motivated work style
They'll train you on our specific processes — you just need the basics down.
Pay: $18–$23/hr, based on experience
