Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Day shift
Assignment Length: TBD
OT: Required 50-55 hours a week
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Woodshop Production Associate to join our clients team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction, woodworking, or carpentry background who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
This is an active, on-your-feet role where you’ll be working in different areas of the shop depending on production needs.
What You’ll Do

Operate a variety of woodworking tools and equipment
*
Work with materials to cut, shape, and assemble components
*
Read and follow work orders and measurements accurately
*
Assist in multiple areas of the shop as needed
*
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
*
Work independently while meeting production goal
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or construction - a plus
*
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
*
Experience with hand and power tools, including:
*
Table saw
*
Cut-off saw
*
Sanders
*
Air tools
*
Routers and drills
*
Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly
*
Strong attention to detail and quality
*
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Nice to Have (Not Required):
*
Cabinetry experience
