Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists to build cabinets and millwork components accurately.
- Assemble casework using appropriate methods, hardware, and adhesives.
- Inspect components for quality, fit, and finish throughout the fabrication process.
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, planers, jointers, routers, and edge banders safely and effectively.
- Assist with loading, wrapping, and prepping finished work for delivery as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications:
2+ years of cabinetmaking or woodworking experience preferred (commercial millwork experience a plus).
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and cut lists.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
