Salary is based on experience and production levels. 42,000-50,000 Must be a high producer for the higher base salary 40 items per month consistently.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Proven track record in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their unique needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to network, we do give leads, but you still have to generate leads as well.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients.
Manage client accounts and ensure all policy information is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
