Job Summary
The DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ANALYST will support the integration and optimization of systems and data across The Surfacing Group. This role will focus on connecting business systems, improving data accessibility, and applying emerging digital tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong technical curiosity, foundational data and systems skills, and a desire to apply modern tools to solve real business problems. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Data Integration
- Support the connection and integration of business systems across all Surfacing Group companies into a centralized data platform (Snowflake)
- Assist in standardizing and organizing data improve visibility, reporting, and decision making
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved data flow and system alignment
CRM & Platform Optimization
- Support the unification and optimization of HubSpot across multiple companies and business units
- Help standardize processes, data structures, and reporting within the CRM environment
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility into sales, marketing, and customer activity
Automation & Digital Solutions
- Assist in developing and implementing digital solutions to streamline business processes
- Support the creation and testing of automated workflows and tools, including research, service, and other AI-enabled agents
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and improved system design
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Support initiatives to improve lead generation and qualification through automation and data insights
- Help implement tools and workflows that improve pipeline visibility and conversion
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve efficiency in estimating and proposal generation processes
Emerging Technology & Innovation
- Explore and apply new technologies including AI-enabled tools, to improve business operations
- Support pilot initiatives and test and scale automation and intelligent workflow solutions
- Stay current on digital trends and recommend practical applications within the business
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, systems support, or process improvement
- Strong Excel and/or data analysis skills
- Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or system integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
OTHER SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, or similar tools)
- Experience with automation tools, scripting, or workflow platforms
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, etc.)
- Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve business processes
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
