Engage Advisory Group, a sales and development firm in Harrisburg, is looking for an Client Support Associate to be an ally for Verizon FiOS customers. The Client Support Associate will also help customers navigate their service options, answer questions about internet speeds, TV packages, and phone bundles, and ensure they are confident in their choices.
As an Client Support Associate , you will connect with customers to discuss the features of Verizon FiOS, ensuring that every exchange reflects a deep understanding of strategic sales principles. The Client Support Associate will help customers troubleshoot issues while highlighting the benefits of their current or potential packages, enhancing the overall sales experience.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Associate
- Connect with customers to discuss their TV and internet needs, positioning Verizon FiOS as the ultimate solution for everyday connectivity.
- Demonstrate how FiOS delivers a superior experience compared to traditional cable, emphasizing its fiber-optic technology and reliability to drive sales.
- Help customers choose the right FiOS plan, tailoring recommendations to their viewing habits, family size, and entertainment preferences.
- Use customer testimonials and success stories to build credibility, making it easier to convert interest into sales by showcasing real-world benefits.
- Work with sales teams to resolve any customer issues quickly, ensuring a positive experience that reinforces Verizon FiOS as the best choice.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and present upgrade options that enhance their service and drive sales growth.
Qualifications of the Client Support Associate
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is not required.
- Basic understanding of how to identify customer needs and offer simple solutions.

- Motivated to contribute to a service-driven environment with sales exposure.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
