Location: Norcross, Georgia
Responsible for assisting in purchasing, ordering, receiving, billing, returning/credit & organizational of all incoming repair parts & resale. Responsible for monitoring, stocking, inventory of present & incoming repair parts & merchandise.
- Maintain vendor reference material database.
- Review parts request forms for complete information & signature.
- Place order for parts & merchandise in a timely fashion after researching for best price & delivery schedule based on each departments needs.
- Maintain purchase orders, price & status.
- Place follow up calls as required.
- Maintain stock on hand to support expected needs without overstocking.
- Provide technical support.
- Provide professional & accurate communication with vendors & in-house departments.
- All parts received & in inventory must be added on to work order upon receiving parts & technicians billing for parts/materials.
- Assist in parts sales to walk in customers; setting up new customers in computer system; assist in cash customers out.
- Maintain a neat & orderly appearance and work area.
- Abide by all Company policies.
- Heavy Lifting, reaching, and climbing a ladder is a MUST
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
- Prompt daily attendance of assigned schedule.
- Other related work as required & assigned.
