As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments, and assisting with strategic planning. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, ropes course, and laser tag areas, while also attending to customer needs and reporting to the General Manager.
Specific Requirements for the Job: Seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead team members, and provide an exceptional guest experience across all attractions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the facility and serve as the manager on duty when needed.
- Lead, coach, and support team members while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Welcome and assist guests with questions, purchases, and issue resolution.
- Respond to party inquiries through email and phone, assist with bookings, and support event execution.
- Operate and oversee Axe Throwing, Ropes Course, and Laser Tag while ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Conduct safety briefings, equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor guest activity, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout each shift.
- Assist with inventory, supply restocking, and completion of operational checklists.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to enforce safety policies and respond calmly to guest concerns.
- Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
