Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team to new heights. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across new and used vehicle inventories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound, cold calling, and upselling techniques to expand the customer base.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects, and closing deals.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring the team provides professional communication skills and personalized experiences
- Proven experience in automotive or dealership sales management with a strong background in outside sales.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer demographics effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Hours Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00 pm
- Valid dealership experience or relevant automotive background is preferred; familiarity with inventory management tools is a plus.
