Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Service Technician to join our dynamic team at GLOBAL Access Control Systems, Inc. In this role, you will assist in the installation and maintenance of security systems across various locations. This position is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver top-notch security solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of security systems including video surveillance and access control equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems.
- Utilize an ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues.
- Support senior technicians in project implementations and service calls.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and support interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for testing purposes is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
