**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food products and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food products, including salads, and other deli items, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and kitchen areas, by sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking shelves.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, including wrapping and packaging products.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support to other employees as needed.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with a grocery store or restaurant environment is a plus.
- 18 Years of age or older.
