Position Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Title Policy Processor to join our team. The Title Policy Processor plays a crucial role in the final stages of real estate transactions by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title insurance policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review title examinations, and other relevant documents to prepare title insurance Commitments and Policies.
- Verify accuracy of legal descriptions, property information, and endorsements.
- Collaborate with underwriters and title agents to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the policy issuance process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely completion of Commitments and Policies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to title insurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in title insurance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
