We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production
Scheduler/Planner to join our electronic manufacturing
support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
optimizing production schedules, coordinating materials, and
ensuring on-time delivery of products in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedScheduler / Planner to join our team. This role is critical in
ensuring that customer orders, materials, and production
resources are aligned to meet delivery commitments and
operational goals.
Position Summary
The Scheduler / Planner is responsible for creating and
maintaining production schedules, coordinating material
availability, monitoring work order progress, and supporting
communication between Production, Purchasing, Quality, and
Customer Service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment and has strong organizational,
analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly
production schedules.
Create, release, and prioritize work orders based on
customer demand and production capacity.
Monitor production status and adjust schedules as
necessary to meet customer delivery requirements.
Track work orders through production and communication
on delays or schedule changes.
Maintain accurate planning and scheduling information
within the ERP/MRP system.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Management to
resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
Maintain and organize production records, certifications,
and compliance documents.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality
standards, and company procedures.
Analyze capacity, labor availability, and production
resources to maximize efficiency.
Assist with inventory planning and material forecasting.
Generate and maintain production reports, scheduling
metrics, and delivery performance reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to
scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning,
scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or a related field.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven
environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Knowledge of ISO9001 and/ or AS9100
Preferred
Traceability Management
AS9102 FAI Coordination
Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor
packaging, contract manufacturing, or a production
environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Understanding inventory control, work orders, and
manufacturing processes.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,
Operations, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
