Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead construction projects with energy and precision. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage teams of construction personnel, including crew management, training, and performance oversight
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to facilitate smooth workflow
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and JobTread for project tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations through ongoing safety management and training
- Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint reading and construction drawing review to maintain high standards
- Coordinate construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects within commercial or heavy civil sectors
- Strong background in construction management software including ProCore, JobTread, and OSHAsafety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and managing project scheduling with JobTread or similar tools
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
- Prior experience supervising construction site activities with a focus on safety compliance and crew management
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and oversee construction drawing reviews for project accuracy
- Familiarity with Ohmmeter usage for electrical testing is a plus
- Valid OSHA certification and knowledge of federal safety regulations for construction sites
