Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead construction projects with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage teams of skilled workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and safety regulations will drive project success from start to finish. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage teams of construction personnel, including crew management, training, and performance oversight
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to facilitate smooth workflow
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and JobTread for project tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations through ongoing safety management and training
- Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint reading and construction drawing review to maintain high standards
- Coordinate construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects within commercial or heavy civil sectors
- Strong background in construction management software including ProCore, JobTread, and OSHAsafety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and managing project scheduling with JobTread or similar tools
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
- Prior experience supervising construction site activities with a focus on safety compliance and crew management
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and oversee construction drawing reviews for project accuracy
- Familiarity with Ohmmeter usage for electrical testing is a plus
- Valid OSHA certification and knowledge of federal safety regulations for construction sites
