Pet Care Center At Luna Park is a thriving 3-doctor practice located in beautiful West Seattle near Alki Beach. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED veterinary assistant to join our fabulous team of professionals.
There is a tiered training program to help you achieve your professional goals and learn our protocols. We value each member of our team and focus on continuing education and growth. We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual.
Some of the duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Check-In and Discharge of Surgical Patients
- Anesthesia Monitoring (under direct supervision of DVM or LVT)
- Dental Prophylaxis and Radiographs (under direct supervision of DVM or LVT)
- Soft Tissue Surgery Preparation
- Obtaining Diagnostic Radiographs
- Outpatient/Hospitalized Patient Procedures
- Obtain Patient History and Vital Signs
- SC administration of vaccines
