Job Summary

All positions support the daily operations of a high-volume express car wash, ensuring a clean, safe, efficient facility and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in vehicle cleaning, detailing, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Operations (All Levels)
- Greet customers and explain wash options.
- Process wash payments accurately.
- Guide vehicles safely into the tunnel using proper hand signals and communication.
- Perform visual inspections before washing vehicles.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized site, including vacuum areas, equipment rooms, and trash.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Work with urgency to support teammates and customers.
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on skills and role.
- Support training, coaching, and performance expectations.
- Monitor attendance, shift readiness, and daily task completion.
- Handle escalated customer issues and minor conflicts.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met each shift.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
MIT / Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager with daily operations and leadership needs.
- Help manage hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and handle internal communication.
- Oversee workflow efficiency and help resolve operational problems.
- Provide accountability and direction to the team during shifts.
- Manage budgets, spending patterns, and reporting.
- Fill in for the Site Manager when needed—make decisions, lead meetings, and uphold standards.
- Support ongoing improvement and execution of company initiatives
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, and cleaning techniques preferred
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices is a plus
- Ability to operate vehicle driving or maneuvering equipment safely
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and high-quality results
- Basic understanding of window tinting techniques (nice-to-have)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors or in a hands-on environment while delivering excellent service. Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory. We value motivated candidates eager to learn new skills and contribute positively to our team.
