Immediate opening at Holiday Inn Express for a PART TIME Night Auditor working Friday & Saturday from 11pm to 7am.
Great benefits - starting hourly rate is $16ph, paid vacation after a year as well as a 401K participation. Also medical, dental and vision insurance available and tuition reimbursement.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
