Vape Shop Sales Associate
We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and personable team member who genuinely enjoys talking with people. Our ideal candidate is someone who can make every customer feel welcome, build lasting relationships, and create a fun, positive shopping experience. Product knowledge can be taught—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with others.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Educate customers on vape devices, e-liquids, disposables, and accessories.
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Verify customer age and follow all applicable laws and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising displays.
- Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
Qualifications
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and enjoy interacting with people all day.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and explain it clearly.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must meet the minimum legal age requirements to sell age-restricted products in accordance with state and local laws.
