Now Hiring: Lead Bartender / Bar Manager
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Bartender / Bar Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating great guest experiences.

- Wednesday 8am - 3:30pm this shift is optional
- Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 3pm - 9:30pm
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily bar operations
- Oversee and maintain the bar program, including inventory, ordering, and quality standards
- Train and mentor bartenders and front-of-house staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and a clean, organized workspace
- Bartend during service and assist with table service as needed
Compensation:
- $16.90/hour when the GM or other lead is on the same shift. (1 or 2 shifts depending on the week)
- $22/hour when taking tables and working as a bartender/server without the GM Present (majority of the time)
- $30/hour when scheduled to work exclusively on bar management/program duties (about 8 hours a week on average)
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
