Manager-in-Training
The Pour Haus is seeking a reliable, outgoing team member to help oversee daily operations, create exceptional guest experiences, and grow into a leadership role. This position combines hospitality, retail sales, event support, and operational responsibilities in a fun, community-focused wine and beer destination.
Ideal candidates enjoy building relationships with guests, take initiative without being asked, and have an ownership mindset. Wine knowledge is a plus but can be taught.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage guests
Recommend wines, beers, and retail items
Open and close the shop
Maintain displays and inventory
Assist with events and tastings
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
Learn management and operational systems
Help drive sales and guest loyalty
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
