We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts for our Hilton Garden Inn at the Arcade in downtown Dayton. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Lead all sales efforts while collaborating closely with Marketing and Revenue teams
- Define and implement sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the overall Marketing Plan
- Prioritize, organize, and document work effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and competitive market trends to make strategic decisions
- Strategic, forward-thinking, and innovative mindset
- Previous hotel sales experience is required
