Family Law Attorney
The Sands Law Group, APLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our Los Angeles based team. We represent clients in divorce, child custody and visitation, support, and property division matters, and we are committed to providing strategic, compassionate, and effective advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement documents.
- Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and conferences.
- Negotiate settlements and support mediation efforts.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership required.
- Family law experience preferred.
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
- Spanish or other language fluency is a plus.
