Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety and responsible serving guidelines.
- Serve food in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups as needed, ensuring seamless service during special occasions.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and bill splitting.
Pay: $2.15 - $15.00 per hour
