- Minimum starting salary $21.00 (pay grows with demonstrated skills)
- Shift differentials: +$2.00 for 2nd shift; +$3.00 for 3rd shift

- You like solving practical problems and following proven methods.
- You’re comfortable with shop math (decimals, fractions) and basic formulas, charts, and tables.
- You can read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical diagrams.
- You use measuring tools confidently and can interpret reports and production records.
- You plan work sequences and follow instructions and standard routines.
- You have a high school diploma or GED; 1–2 years’ machine operation experience is preferred.
- Learn to set up, run, and care for at least one CNC process machine (rotary, surface grinder, etc.).
- Perform fast, accurate machine set-ups and wheel changes to standard times.
- Record productivity, utilization, scheduling, and quality data; keep calibration and daily walk-around logs current.
- Complete in-process inspection to meet quality requirements.
- Keep the area audit-ready: 6S housekeeping and end-of-shift clean-up.
- Update visual control boards and hour X hour charts in real time.
- Support continuous improvement and follow all Quality and EH&S policies.
- Adhere to the Employee Handbook, maintain strong attendance, and earn/maintain certifications.
