Responsibilities:
- Perform customer reviews and educate clients
- Support service of inbound calls to the office
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Cross-sell and close sales
- Support office daily office standards and goals
- Connect and build relationships outside of office
Requirements
- Must be accountable
- Must have great attendance and be on time
- Have superior organizational skills
- Ability to connect with people and close a sale
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
