Job Description
- Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
- Enter customer information and sales, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting
- Measure and fit every customer properly as part of our "Ultimate Fit Experience"

- Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool
- Very employee friendly store hours & pace. We are open 10-7 Mon-Fri, 10-5 Sat, Closed Sundays and Holidays and have a relatively slower paced workday when compared to many retail environments.
- We are looking to fill a 20-30 hour per week position. This position is PART TIME.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 1-2 years related experience/training.
- Team and collaboration orientation
- Results oriented
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication
- Computer Utilization
- Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience
- Desire for long term employment (with a past employment history that supports that)
Physical Demands
- Lifting 50 pounds, bending, lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder.
- Housekeeping duties including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping floors, washing windows and setting up and maintaining displays
Compensation
- $14-$15 Hourly base rate (higher based on qualifications)
- Monthly Sales Commissions will boost base rate
