Northeast Investigative Agency is a growing and well established Repossession company looking to hire a Repossession Agent / Tow Truck Driver - EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
The main responsibility of a Repossession Agent (Tow truck driver) is to successfully secure collateral (Cars, Trucks, Boats, Campers, Golf carts, Lawn Mowers, Machinery) from delinquent customers using a self-loading wrecker and transport them back to our location SAFELY. Driver must complete a condition report, pictures as well as an inventory report.
PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB are car enthusiasts, mechanics, tire/lube techs, etc.
Repossession Recovery Agents/Tow Truck Drivers are crucial to the success of our business.
Pay is based on commission. The more highly motivated of an individual you are the more likely you will be to succeed
OUR PAY SCHEDULE IS BIWEEKLY - We pay on the job training as well.
WORK SCHEDULE
We are currently hiring for an OVERNIGHT agent
The OVERNNIGHT shift is 8PM to 4AM Sunday - Thursday and more shifts available.
** TRAINING WILL NOT BE ON THAT SHIFT DUE TO DRIVER AVAILABILITY **
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Auto-loader towing experience(Preferred)
- Flat Bed Tow Truck experience(Preferred)
- Ability to handle difficult people professionally
- Clean MVR driving record, and valid license (Insurance Requirements)
- Valid D.O.T Medical Certificate
- Ability to pass a Drug Test
- 23+ years of age (Insurance Requirements)
- Transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of different types of cars
- Basic computer skills (Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, Web-based skip trace tools)
- Lift 50+ lbs comfortably
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB
You must show up for your shift, work hard, find cars and complete the post repossession tasks. This is a very fast paced industry. There is PLENTY of opportunity for the right candidate to be VERY successful.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
