Job Summary
Cremation Services of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Works in direct support of the site supervisor and lead administrator providing administrative support for day-to-day operations and business development.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using professional and empathetic phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized office files, data entry records, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Handle front desk duties by greeting visitors warmly, and providing excellent customer service.
- Input data and information into forms and various computer systems accurately, completely, and timely.
- Support relationship building with community partners, including nursing homes, hospices, hospitals, coroners’ offices, and others.
Requirements
- The ability and willingness to support each family we serve with compassion and care in their time of loss.
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction; bilingual ability is a plus.
- Previous experience in business development and customer service or front desk roles that emphasize professionalism and courtesy.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
