## Job Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support in their daily activities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. ## Duties - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Help with mobility assistance, including transferring and lifting clients when necessary - Implement behavior management techniques when dealing with challenging behaviors - Support individuals with dementia care needs - Drive clients to appointments or outings as required ## Requirements - Experience in senior care or a related field is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges - Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families - Background in nursing or social work is a plus - Compassionate and patient demeanor essential for providing quality care
