Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the deli and bakery departments
Support the department manager in scheduling, ordering, inventory, and team development
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure freshness and quality
Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
Assist in training and on boarding new associates
Monitor product rotation, loss prevention, and department cleanliness
Step in as the department lead in the manager’s absence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29,120.00 per year
