Duties

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and transparency
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, follow-up calls, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience

Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making in a professional manner
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles within the technology or related sectors
