Overview
BetterCulture is hiring a Chamber Partnership Sales Representative to expand our partnerships with Chambers of Commerce across the country.
This is a full-cycle chamber partnership sales role focused on prospecting, making consistent sales call, booking meetings, delivering demos, closing chamber partnerships, maintaining relationships, supporting client success, and securing annual renewals.
The primary goal is to set up Chambers of Commerce to implement BetterCulture’s programs in their communities, while also building long-term partnerships and opportunities within their member organizations.
Through our “First Year Free” model, Chambers of Commerce can offer BetterCulture leadership and culture development programming to their members at no cost during the first year, creating value for the chamber while opening the door for recurring revenue for BetterCulture and long-term partnerships.
This role is a strong fit for an eager, driven sales builder — or someone with chamber, membership, association, or direct B2B sales experience — who enjoys prospecting, sales, building relationships, and being paid based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage Chambers of Commerce within an assigned multi-state territory
- Sell BetterCulture’s “First Year Free” chamber partnership model
- Prospect through email, phone, LinkedIn, and consistent follow-up
- Book meetings with chamber leaders and decision-makers
- Conduct sales conversations, demos, and follow-up with prospective chamber partners
- Close new chamber partnerships
- Maintain relationships with chamber partners and support contract renewals
- Manage customer success touchpoints related to chamber partnerships
- Track all activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
- Follow BetterCulture’s proven sales processes, scripts, sequences, and collateral
- Meet reasonable activity and performance expectations
- Represent BetterCulture at select conferences and events

BetterCulture will provide training, sales tools, scripts, email sequences, CRM support, marketing collateral, and a clear process to help the right person succeed.
This role is best suited for someone who wants to build a sales career, enjoys starting conversations with new prospects, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.
This is not the right role for someone who dislikes outbound prospecting, needs close daily supervision, or is uncomfortable with compensation tied directly to results.
Qualifications
- Belief in the value of leadership development, workplace culture, and stronger communities
- Serious interest in growing a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Proven sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Chambers of Commerce, membership-based organizations, associations, or direct B2B sales is a plus
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold phone outreach, and booking meetings
- Comfortable conducting demos, converting sales, and managing customer relationships over time
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities independently
- Persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Able to work productively in a remote work-from-home environment with dedicated space for high volumes of uninterrupted phone and video calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using a CRM; HubSpot experience preferred

Compensation
- Base salary: approximately $40,000
- Commission based on closed deals
- Expected total earnings: $50,000–$90,000 in year one
- Significant upside in future years as pipeline, renewals, and relationships grow
