Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive curricula aligned with educational standards and organizational objectives
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance academic programs, student engagement, and institutional growth
- Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring resource allocation supports program priorities
- Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluation, and professional development to maintain instructional excellence
- Supervise school administrative operations, personnel management, and compliance with legal requirements including special education law
- Foster a positive learning environment by providing instructional leadership in classroom practices and student engagement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders on fundraising efforts to support program expansion and innovation
- Ensure adherence to school legal standards, including policies related to special education law and student rights
- Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the organization’s educational mission and initiatives
- Oversee personnel management in education settings, including supervising staff and managing performance evaluations
Experience
- Extensive experience in education administration within birth - 5 years old or similar settings, demonstrating progressive leadership roles
- Proven success in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs at a senior level
- Strong background in school legal knowledge, including special education law and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and foster growth
- Experience managing budgets as an executive education administrator with a focus on resource optimization
- Supervisory experience overseeing faculty evaluation, personnel management, and classroom instruction
- Skilled in public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and building collaborative relationships within educational communities
- Prior involvement in fundraising activities or grant writing to support educational initiatives
Credentials

Pay: $1,200.00 per week
