To oversee our teams, we're looking to hire a skilled and experienced Utility pipelayer & Foreman. As necessary to perform daily work, the pipe layer/forman is in charge of daily supervision, direction, and coordination as well as manual labor, equipment operation, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Offers direction and leadership for all pipeline construction project phases, from planning to completion.
- Works and coordinates with other employees and upper management to make sure construction projects are finished on schedule and in accordance with the project plan.
- Coordinates internal communications to make sure that everyone is adequately informed about the status of building projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in pipeline project management preferred
- Must be experienced in sitework, underground utilities, and earthwork.
- Valid state issued motor vehicle license
- Heavy equipment Operation knowledge
- Individual must have strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of English is preferable but not compulsory
- Attention to safe and efficient operations is imperative
- Responsible to ensure that construction projects are performed in accordance with company procedures, as well as safety, environmental and other regulatory guidelines and mandates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 60 per week
