Program/operate/edit CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision parts

Execute efficient setups using detailed sheets and tool lists
-
Interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and specifications
-
Inspect with micrometers, calipers, and other gauges; deburr/finish to spec

Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
-
Apply manual machining skills when needed
-
Collaborate on troubleshooting and process improvements

Mentor apprentices and share know-how

6+ years of CNC machining experience (we’ll also consider strong manual backgrounds or motivated learners with relevant training)

Journeyman Papers

Detail orientation, organization, and pride in precision

Strong verbal communication and teamwork

Blueprint literacy and confident use of inspection instruments

High school diploma or equivalent; NIMS or similar certifications are a plus
-
