Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active or pending Delaware Special Education certification (required)
- Experience with middle school students in a special education setting preferred
- Ability to work on site and commit to covering the full leave period
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specially designed instruction and accommodations in accordance with IEPs
- Manage and support a middle school caseload
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff
