Duties
- Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to expand our customer base.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs by evaluating their health, life, property, and casualty coverage requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks within CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and regular communication, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Provide detailed benefits administration guidance, explaining policy options such as health insurance plans and life coverage to clients.
- Stay current with insurance regulations and compliance standards like HIPAA to ensure all client interactions adhere to legal requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities for client engagement and client communication.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer populations effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products along with health, life, property, and casualty insurance policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for efficient sales administration and analysis.
- Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA and benefits administration processes.
