We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Clerks to join a growing team specializing in the sale of gate valves, wellhead equipment, and tree equipment for the oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with customers while supporting daily sales operations. Previous experience in industrial sales, oilfield equipment, valves, wellhead systems, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Inside Sales Representative
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Generate quotes and process sales orders
- Promote and sell gate valves, wellhead equipment, and tree equipment
- Follow up on customer inquiries and opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Meet sales goals and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Sales Clerk
- Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing
- Enter and maintain sales orders and documentation
- Support inside sales staff with administrative tasks
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and inventory information
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous industrial, oilfield, valve, wellhead, or equipment sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of oil and gas products is a plus
