- Review build orders, print and sort
- Work our DMV database to produce paperwork for customers
- Assist with customer calls and communication
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management programs to support daily tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs
- Support bookkeeping activities such as basic invoicing and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Assist with personal assistant duties when needed, including travel arrangements or event planning
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times while managing incoming calls on multi-line systemsSkills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical support and customer service
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for front desk interactions and customer support
- Adept at data entry, proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial
- Computer literacy across various platforms with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools
