Soniq Windows & Doors is looking for a driven, organized professional to join our growing team as a Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys construction, project management, customer service, and solving problems.
You do not need previous window and door experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to build a long-term career. We will teach you everything you need to know about our products and installation process.
This position is designed with growth in mind. Our goal is to develop the right person into future leadership opportunities within our Operations Department.
Construction Management graduates and individuals interested in building a career in construction operations are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact after an order is placed, you'll guide each project from production through final completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate residential and commercial installation projects
- Schedule installation crews and manage project timelines
- Communicate with builders, homeowners, contractors, and vendors
- Perform jobsite measurements and verify rough openings
- Conduct pre-install job reviews
- Coordinate material readiness with our warehouse
- Manage punch list items and warranty follow-up
- Perform final walkthroughs with customers
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Keep project documentation accurate and organized
- Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure every project finishes successfully

Experience with construction, project coordination, customer service, or construction management is helpful but not required.
