Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Tiger Paw Grill and Daiquiris. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a lively atmosphere for our patrons. Located in Baton Rouge, this position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of service that our guests have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote special events and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
