This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in the details, possesses their own tools, and is looking for a flexible side-hustle or a steady stream of supplemental work without the hassle of chasing down leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing interior/exterior trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, and chair rails.
- Hanging doors and installing window trim with precision.
- Fitting and installing cabinetry, built-ins, and hardware.
- Ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, clean joints, and seamless finishes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Additional scope will be based upon the skills of the individual
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in finish and trim carpentry (portfolio or pictures of previous work required).
- Tools & Transit: Must have your own vehicle capable of picking up tools and supplies.
- The Eye: Sharp attention to detail—you understand that a millimeter makes a difference.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professionalism: Respectful of clients' homes and properties.
- Communication: Able to communicate with management regarding project progress and completion
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
