Job Summary: Servers
We are seeking servers to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for looking after your tables, ensuring excellent customer service, and teamwork amongst co-workers. If you have great people skills, we would love to hear from you. Must be willing to work night and WEEKENDS
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food
- maintaining cleaning duties required in work place.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Please note that this is not a remote position. Candidates must be available to work on-site at our restaurant location.
