Office Administrator – Part-Time with Growth Potential!
Starting Pay: $18–$19/hour DOE
Performance Reviews: After 100 hours and 500 hours worked (based on performance, accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and leadership)
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Scheduled shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (some weekends required)

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll support a variety of administrative, customer service, and business operations across multiple businesses, so no two days are exactly alike. If you enjoy learning new things, staying organized, and jumping in where needed, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering phones, emails, text messages, and online inquiries with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Creating, maintaining, and updating spreadsheets using Google Sheets
- Maintaining organized digital files and records, performing accurate data entry, and preparing, proofreading, and formatting documents using Google Workspace
- Assisting with daily business operations and a variety of administrative projects
- Creating and updating flyers, advertisements, newsletters, and social media content using Canva
- Supporting management with administrative, organizational, and project-related tasks
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks (strongly preferred, but not required)
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Daily proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Confident using Google Sheets to organize information, sort and filter data, use basic formulas, and maintain accurate records
- Comfortable using or learning Canva to create clean, professional flyers, advertisements, newsletters, and social media content. Graphic design experience is not required—we're happy to train the right person who has an eye for detail and enjoys learning.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to new processes
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative
