Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 Base (DOE) + Performance Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a sales-driven clinical professional for a hybrid clinical-commercial role. You will serve as the key liaison between our products and prescribing clinicians — driving new account development, delivering clinical education, and accelerating adoption across vein centers, wound care centers, podiatry practices, and lymphedema clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Account Management
- Drive sales and business development by opening and growing new clinical accounts
- Establishing accounts and transitioning them to your associate sales team for day-to-day management.
- Call on vein centers, wound care clinics, podiatrists, and lymphedema practices to support product adoption
- Implement ordering and prescription pathways.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on clinical product training to physicians, APPs, nurses, MAs, and staff
- Serve as the product/sales/clinical lead within a local sale “pod,” partnering with sales leadership, and local associate account managers and support teams
- Provide clinical expertise during product demonstrations, evaluations, and educational sessions
- Act as a trusted clinical resource throughout the implementation and ongoing account management process
- Travel regionally (50–75%) to support on-site training and account development
Clinical Education & Training
- Deliver hands-on product training to physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, and clinical staff
- Lead the clinical and product function within the local sales pod, partnering with sales leadership and associate account managers
- Provide clinical expertise during product demonstrations, trial evaluations, and educational sessions
- Regional travel 50–75% required; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Required Qualifications: (Must Haves)
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience (e.g., RVT; vascular, vein, or ultrasound roles; Certified Medical Assistant, PTA, wound care; or clinical sales/specialist/medical device support)
- Has worked directly with patients, is able to empathize and has a service mentality when it comes to care
- Medical Sales: outpatient call points & product sales; outpatient clinics and standalone dr. offices, devices.
- Ability to deliver hands-on clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and product training to physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAs
- Strong familiarity with clinical documentation systems and specialty referral/authorization workflows
- Willingness to travel regionally (50–75%); valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Preferred Technical Skills
- Understands and has worked in the Rx -> Reimbursed product sales world. Has taken / submitted orders, understands coverage criteria, and documentation.
- Worked in vein, vascular, cardiovascular, cardiology, and sometimes podiatry clinical settings (either sales or from clinical side).
- Prior healthcare sales, product implementation, or clinical training experience
- Proficiency with CRM (hubspot, salesforce, etc.) or EHR programs (e-clinical works, EPIC, etc.). Parachute a big plus.
