What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Member Services team.
- Create a positive, engaging, and service-focused branch culture.
- Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage member flow and anticipate operational needs before they arise.
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop employees through training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching.
- Build lasting relationships with members by delivering exceptional service and financial solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment where employees enjoy coming to work and members enjoy doing business.
What You'll Bring

- Has proven leadership or management experience (banking or credit union experience preferred).
- Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- Is organized, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Uses data and reports to make informed decisions.
- Communicates with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
