Social Media Marketing Coordinator
San Fernando Valley -Los Angeles, California.
We're looking for a Social Media talent to create original content, videoing, editing, posting and managing our social media platforms. A part time job that occasionally requires on-location presence. Candidate must be local in Los Angeles, CA.
Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategy, engaging with our customers (real estate related) across various platforms. Build a strong online BRAND presence. The ideal candidate will also conduct analytics with a demonstrable ROI and maintain our brand image.
Scheduling and Pay
- Meeting once a week. Posting: daily.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create a consistent marketing strategy for social media & the web.
- Develop, execute & manage relevant content topics to reach our geographic target customers.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with clientele & community.
- Monitor and respond to users
- Manage high impact but cost effective marketing ads
Requirements:
- 1+ Years of Marketing & Social Media Management experience
- Preferably BA Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, etc. is a plus
- Writing and verbal communication skills
- Can jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side with ease.
