Duties
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations efficiently.
- Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical operations.
- Oversee the use of forklifts and other equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage shipping & receiving functions to streamline supply chain flow.
- Utilize AS400 systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Lead efforts in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling processes.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 platforms.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and machinery operation.
- Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL logistics environments is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
