MAY BE ASKED TO COVER SHIFTS IN: SONOITA, BENSON, ST DAVID, MESCAL, AND DOUGLAS, AZ, IF AVAILABLE.
Starting pay is depending on experience.
<Requirements>
- CPR certification, required
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, required
- Reliable transportation and proof of active automobile insurance, required
- High School diploma or GED completion, preferred
- One (1) year of documented caregiver experience, preferred
- Two-step negative TB skin test or chest x-ray upon hire, required
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations, required
- Ability to lift, turn and bend with 50 pounds, required
- Clear, concise and timely communication with office and clients, required
- Willing to work with client's of all ages and backgrounds, and in homes that may have pets or the client smokes in, required
- Ability to use personal mobile smartphone for documentation, required
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Empathy for the needs of clients
<Duties>
- Provide in home care to clients for personal hygiene, light housekeeping and possibly transportation/running errands.
- Communicate any concerns with staff.
