We are seeking a Health & Safety Engineer to support environmental, health, and safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will help drive OSHA compliance, injury prevention, industrial hygiene programs, and continuous safety improvements while partnering with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

- Support health and safety compliance and injury reduction initiatives.
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage industrial hygiene programs, PPE requirements, and hazardous material processes.
- Deliver Health & Safety training and support OSHA compliance.
- Analyze safety metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred).
- Experience with OSHA standards, industrial/manufacturing environments, and safety program implementation.
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene, behavior-based safety, and ergonomic assessments is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
